The 5th Initial Draft of the Constitution of Chinland is the latest version of the draft constitution for Chinland.  The draft constitution includes the Preamble, the Bear Acts, the Suppression of Chin National Movement for Federalism, the Chin Forum Managing Board, and the Chin Forum Chronology of Events. The financial support for the 5th Initial Draft of the Constitution of Chinland is provided by the National Endowment for Democracy in Wasthington DC. The 1st Chin Forum Magazine

alt The Chin Forum Magazine, 1998-2008 - 10th Anniversary of Establishement of the CHIN FORUM. The First Chin Forum Maganize, 1998 - 2008, is Published by the Chin Forum Managing Board to commemorate 10th Anniversary of establishment of the Chin Forum. The maganize includes, Editorial, Publisher Note, Poems, Reports, Biographies, Story, and articles. The articles are authored by: Pu Lian Uk, Dr. Salai Tun Than, Maj. Stephen Khup Cin Pau, Dr. Vumson Suantak (L), Dr. Lian H. Sakhong, Dr. Sui Khar, Vinod K. Jose, Bianca Son and Thang Nang Lian Thang. The 4th Initial Draft of Constitution of Chinlandarrow.pngThe Fourth Initial Draft of the Constitution of Chinland - (in English/Burmese).  The 4th initial draft of the Constitution of Chinland is initiated by the Chin Forum. This draft constitution is the first draft State constitution which is published in both English and Burmese langauges. The Fourth Initial Draft of the Constiuttion of Chinland has been distributed widely inside Chinland and the Union of Burma. The 4th Initial Draft of the Constitution of Chinland is an extensive revised version of the 3rd Initial Draft of the Constitution of Chinland, which was named as "A Model for State Constitution Drafting Process in Burma". The 4th Initial Draft of the Constitution of Chinland was named as "A Model for State Constitution Drafting Process in Burma" by the State Constitution Drafting and Coordinating Committee of the Union of Burma. The 4th Initial Draft of the Constitution of Chinland not only became a model for various State Constitution Drafting Committees, but also widely distributed inside Chinland and in the Union of Burma. The 4th Initial Draft of the Constitution of Chinland is published by the United Nationalities League for Democracy (UNLD) Press.
